This guide will help you connect your Instagram account (DMs) to Pluto AI Studio.

You’ll learn how to find:

• Instagram Business Account ID
• Page Access Token (used for Instagram messaging)

⚙️ PART 1 — Prerequisites (IMPORTANT)

Before starting, make sure:

✔ Your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account
✔ It is connected to a Facebook Page
✔ You have admin access to that Page

Step 1: Convert to Business Account (if needed)

1. Open Instagram app
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Tap Switch to Professional Account
4. Choose Business

Step 2: Link Instagram to Facebook Page

1. Go to your Facebook Page
2. Click Settings
3. Select Linked Accounts → Instagram
4. Click Connect Account

⚙️ PART 2 — Meta Developer Setup

Step 3: Open Developer Dashboard

1. Go to: https://developers.facebook.com/
2. Log in with your Facebook account

1. Click “My Apps”
2. Select your app

🔑 PART 4 — Generate Access Token

Step 7: Connect Your Facebook Page

1. Go to:
   Messenger → Settings
2. Scroll to Access Tokens
3. Click “Connect a Page”
4. Select the Facebook Page linked to Instagram

Step 8: Copy Page Access Token

1. After connecting
2. Click Generate Token
3. Copy the Page Access Token

⚠️ Important Notes

• This token is required for Instagram messaging
• Keep it secure (like a password)

🆔 PART 5 — Find Instagram Business Account ID

Step 9: Locate Instagram ID

1. Go to:
   Instagram Graph API → Getting Started
2. Look for your connected Instagram account
3. You will see:

   ➤ Instagram Business Account ID

4. Copy this ID

🔗 PART 6 — Connect to Pluto AI Studio

Step 10: Enter Credentials

1. Open: https://ozonetechno.com/app/
2. Login to Pluto AI Studio
3. Go to:

   ➤ App Store → Instagram DM

Paste the following:

4. Click Connect / Save

🔄 PART 7 — Setup Webhook (REQUIRED)

Step 11: Add Webhook

1. In Meta dashboard:
   Messenger → Settings
2. Scroll to Webhooks
3. Click Add Callback URL

Enter:

Verify Token	(from Pluto AI Studio dashboard)

Step 12: Subscribe to Events

1. Select your Page
2. Enable:
   • messages
   • messaging_postbacks
   • instagram_messages
3. Save changes

✅ PART 8 — Test Instagram DM

Step 13: Send Test Message

1. Open Instagram
2. Send a DM to your business account
   Example: “Hi”

✅ Pluto AI Studio should respond automatically

🚨 Troubleshooting

• ❌ No reply?
  • Check webhook is properly configured
  • Confirm Instagram is linked to correct Facebook Page
• ❌ Invalid token?
  • Regenerate Page Access Token
• ❌ Instagram not showing?
  • Ensure it’s a Business account
  • Reconnect in Facebook Page settings
