📱 WhatsApp Business Integration Guide

For Pluto AI Studio Users (Non-Technical Setup)

This guide will walk you through connecting your WhatsApp Business account to Pluto AI Studio.
You’ll learn exactly where to find the two key items required:

• Phone Number ID
• Access Token

No technical background is needed—just follow each step carefully.

⚙️ PART 1 — Access Meta (Facebook) Developer Dashboard

Step 1: Open the Developer Portal

1. Go to: https://developers.facebook.com/
2. Log in using your Facebook account.

Step 2: Select Your App

1. Click “My Apps” (top-right corner).
2. Select your existing app
   (or click “Create App” if you haven’t created one yet)

📲 PART 2 — Add WhatsApp Product

Step 3: Add WhatsApp to Your App

1. Inside your app dashboard
2. Scroll down to “Add Products to Your App”
3. Find WhatsApp
4. Click “Set Up”

🔑 PART 3 — Find Your Access Token

Step 4: Locate the Access Token

1. In the left sidebar, click:
   WhatsApp → API Setup

2. Look for a section labeled:

   ➤ “Temporary Access Token”

3. Copy the token shown there

⚠️ Important Notes

• This token is temporary (usually expires in 24 hours)
• For long-term use, you will need a permanent token later

📞 PART 4 — Find Your Phone Number ID

Step 5: Locate Phone Number ID

On the same screen (API Setup page):

1. Look for a section called:

   ➤ “From” or “Phone Number”

2. You will see:
   • A test phone number
   • A label called Phone Number ID
3. Copy the Phone Number ID

🔗 PART 5 — Connect to Pluto AI Studio

Step 6: Enter Credentials in Pluto AI Studio

1. Open your Pluto AI Studio dashboard
2. Go to:
   Integrations → WhatsApp Business
3. Paste the following:

Field	What to Paste
Access Token	(from Step 4)
Phone Number ID	(from Step 5)

4. Click Connect / Save

✅ PART 6 — Test Your Integration

Step 7: Send a Test Message

1. Use the test number provided in Meta
2. Send a message like:
   “Hello”
3. Confirm that Pluto AI Studio responds

🚨 Troubleshooting Tips

• ❌ Token not working?
  → It may have expired. Generate a new one.
• ❌ No response from bot?
  → Check if:
  • Token is pasted correctly
  • Phone Number ID is correct
  • WhatsApp product is properly set up
